- Agree time to change email over, document and provide training to staff via Teams
- Change Domain name settings to direct email into M365 instead of legacy service
- Users start to use M365 for email
- Final sync of email from legacy to M365
- Email is now fully live in M365
- Wait for the dust to settle – in this case only a couple of days.
- In partnership with the organisation define a structure for SharePoint to store their files
- Migrate files from Dropbox into SharePoint structure
- Document and provide staff training
- Staff are empowered to upload the local files they need into the appropriate areas.
