Carbonlite IT Solutions has been operating from the Eden Valley in Cumbria, just on the edge of the English Lake District since 2010.
The company was started to help support local charities who desperately needed IT support, but were often not in a position to pay full commercial rates. Since then we have also worked with several commercial organsiations and I’m delighted to say we have a very high retention rate.
We always try to offer the best value solutions and straightforward practical advice. Though as a small organisation we are not in a position to offer you 24×7 support with 1 hour SLA’s – you pay’s your money… That said, we understand how urgent issues can be, so if you are really stuck we will do everything we can to help.
